What are your shipping options?

To help keep shipping cost low, I ship with stamped letter mail with no tracking. This is for both AU domestic and international orders. These orders are sent in a variety of both normal or semi-rigid envelopes. For larger orders, tracked mail is highly reccomended.

These are rigid packages shipped with tracking, allowing you to keep an eye out on your order. *THIS IS REQUIRED FOR NOTEPADS.

CAN I RETURN/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, I do not currently accept returns or cancellations, sorry!

AUSTRALIA POST LOST / MY PACKAGE IS STOLEN!

Unfortunately, after an order is shipped, it is out of my control. Sadly, if your package gets stolen or lost by the postal service, I cannot offer you a replacement or refund since these situations are out of my control, and as a one person business, I can’t afford to replace/refund these orders. 

For international buyers, I recommend showing up to the post office in person to see if anybody can resolve the issue! As some packages may take 1-2 months to arrive, it is highly reccomended to choose tracked shipping for more peace of mind.

How long does it take for orders to arrive? 

Please allow for 5-20 business days for your order to be processed. But don't worry—most orders can be processed before this or even same day. Please be aware this time is separate from the delivery timeline. 

You will receive confirmation email once your order ships, so keep on a lookout at your inbox. 

Once your order has been shipped Australia Post's delivery times is 2-6 business days for domestic Australia orders, and typically 1-8 weeks for international deliveries.
